We too are experiencing the same issues with Caselle and URS. Each of them say the other one needs to fix something. It is taking me hours and sometimes days of manual work to get the payroll files in URS to balance with Caselle.
I was able to pull both the Payroll Changes report and the Tier 2 Election Report. They did take an hour or so to generate and no email was sent to me to let me know they were complete. However, neither of these reports are correct. The Payroll Changes report only shows info for an employee who was terminated three years ago. We do have employees who made changes during the ER blackout and those changes aren't showing on my report. The Tier 2 Election report came up blank despite us having employees who hit their one year mark during the blackout. I talked to Bev at URS on Friday and they were under the impression that reports are pulling in correctly. With the information I gave them, they are gong to be looking at reports to get to the bottom of it.
